About The Role As a Senior Software Developer I (Salesforce) at GrabJobs, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining Salesforce solutions within a regulated, mission-driven environment. • Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven Salesforce development experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including object relationships, security models, and the Lightning platform.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following established standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce features that align with business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
• Implement data models, security controls, and role-based access configurations to safeguard sensitive information.
• Adhere to established development standards, code quality practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and user-reported problems across development and testing environments.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives to promote team collaboration and project transparency.
• Conduct code reviews, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve technical skills and code quality.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions to support ongoing maintenance and compliance efforts.
