Remote Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking eloquent and charismatic individuals to join our remote team. In this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone, social media, and email to connect with and assist our clients in navigating their vacation planning. You will work closely with some of the leading suppliers in the industry for cruises, resort stays, and events. Responsibilities

• Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the industry
• Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations around the globe
• Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience
• We offer mentorship and guidance to help you succeed in your role and create outstanding events for our clients

• Utilize time management skills in order to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients
• Multi-task on various assignments while maintaining client satisfaction
• Utilize social media to maintain and market to client base
