Project Manager

This position is open to applicants located in Greece and Bulgaria.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, a related Project Management certificate or equivalent experience
• One year of experience leading and managing IM Project Delivery in a similar role
• Proven knowledge and understanding of the Project Life Cycle as well as the Software Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge and understanding of Traditional Project Management methods
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Good understanding of office productivity tools: spreadsheets, presentations, word documents, as well as Project scheduling or similar tools
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements
• Ability to make decisions about resource allocation, especially in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and an analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in shifted working hours

Would be considered an advantage:

• Project Management Certificate: PMP/Prince 2
• SCRUM Master Certificate
• Prior consulting experience
