We’re a small-but-mighty company in the world of theater, creativity, and personal development — and we’re looking for a talented graphic designer who brings not only design skills but a good eye for layout, storytelling, and brand direction, especially for social media.

📸 Your Role: Visual Content & Brand Support

Support our social media team in keeping our visuals fun, bold, and consistent across platforms:

• Design engaging graphics for social media, newsletters, and occasional print

• Contribute to layout, brand storytelling, and content style

• Suggest improvements for visual consistency & tone

• Light website improvements (UX/UI, no coding)

🖌️ You Are

• Skilled with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools

• Visually creative, with a sense of brand and storytelling

• Comfortable designing for social media formats (Reels covers, carousels, etc.)

• Reliable, self-organized, and detail-oriented

✨ Bonus Points

• Experience with Reels/TikToks editing

• Familiar with tools like Metricool, Notion, Later

• Interest in arts, performance, or personal development

📅 Schedule & Growth

• 2–3 hrs/week to start (just designs, no copy or posting)

• Potential for more hours later (TikToks, promo materials, campaign visuals, new logo, etc.)

💶 Compensation & Perks

• €15/hour (net)

• Free access to 2 in-person improv & acting classes per week (worth up to €500/month)

• Creative freedom, learning opportunities, and space to grow with us

📍 Location

• Remote, ideally based in or near Barcelona or Lisbon (for the free classes)

• Freelancer/autónomo status preferred
