We are looking for a Account Manager/Customer Service Representative to support merchant relationships through proactive engagement, operational analysis, and retention-focused conversations. This is a remote, part-time independent contractor role suited for candidates who excel in communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with merchants by demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Provide proactive, solution-oriented support to enhance merchant satisfaction and trust.
• Analyze operational data such as order history, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify issues and early churn indicators.
• Engage in commercial discussions, clearly articulating the value of the Bolt Food platform to support merchant retention and reactivation.
• Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), reporting tools (e.g., Looker), and communication platforms (e.g., Outreach, WhatsApp) effectively.
• Adapt quickly to changes in processes, tools, and merchant needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Native-level language proficiency (as applicable to the market).
• Strong customer engagement, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities with experience interpreting performance data.
• Sales, negotiation, or account management experience is a strong advantage.
• Comfort working with CRM, reporting, and communication tools.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor and manage time effectively.
• High adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.
