99ads is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist with extensive online advertising experience with DTC brands. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of online advertising principles who is able to use data-driven insights and storytelling to design ad creatives that actually convert so that clients achieve maximum ROI.

Requirements 🎯

🎤 Fluent English (C1 and above- written and verbal).

🖥️ At least 4+ years experience working in Online Advertising (specifically related to TikTok, Meta ads for DTC brands).

📱 Experience working at a performance marketing/creative agency/large DTC brand is highly preferable.

🎥 A strong understanding of the creative and production process is preferable (creative editor, content creator, creative producer).

📝 Experience crafting creative and concise creative briefs for ad copy, image copy, video scripts, and landing pages.

🖌️ Experience creating video and static ads as well as brand assets (product photos, lifestyle photo edits, design mockups for box/product, etc is highly preferable.

🥇 Experience leading a creative team is highly preferable.

📊 Proven experience in a data driven role.

📥 Experience analysing client accounts.

🔍 Exceptional attention to detail.
