The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to drive our online presence, engage our audience, and grow brand visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook. This is a flexible, part-time contractor role suited for someone who thrives in a results-oriented, remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across all platforms
• Create compelling, on-brand content (graphics, captions, short-form videos, carousels, etc.)
• Manage daily posting and audience engagement
• Track analytics and report on performance monthly
• Suggest growth strategies and test new ideas (collabs, reels, etc.)
• Stay ahead of social media trends and tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media channels for service-based businesses
• Strong portfolio of content creation (bonus if you've worked with VA, consultancy, or B2B service brands)
• Proficiency with Canva (or similar), scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.), and analytics
• Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail
• Reliable, proactive, and creative thinker
• Understand personal branding and storytelling in a professional setting
