*We are expanding our team in Poland. We are a prominent brand in the United States. We believe in Poland. The founder spends his summers in Warsaw with his Polish wife. We know and love Poland. We are currently hiring for multiple positions in Poland.

The base salary for this position is 15,000 PLN with a bonus structure that will easily double or even triple that.

Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Head of TikTok Shops to lead our TikTok commerce initiative and build a high-performing team to drive substantial revenue growth through TikTok Shop and shoppable video content. As the first hire for this critical initiative, you can develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive TikTok Shop strategy while overseeing a cross-functional team focused on influencer partnerships, content creation, live selling events, and optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, a proven track record in social commerce, and a passion for driving product sales through creative and data-driven strategies. This role requires a balance of leadership, creativity, and analytical thinking, strongly emphasizing driving measurable results. You will report directly to senior leadership and collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of TikTok Shop with broader company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok Shop strategy that drives engagement, follower growth, and direct sales through shoppable video content and influencer-led campaigns.

- Build and lead a cross-functional team that includes an Influencer Manager, Video Content Producer, Live Selling Coordinator, and Campaign Analytics Specialist to scale TikTok Shop initiatives.

- Oversee the recruitment and management of influencers and content creators to create high-converting, shoppable videos and live events.

- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all TikTok content aligns with brand guidelines, product messaging, and seasonal campaigns.

- Manage the integration of product listings from Shopify or other e-commerce platforms into TikTok Shop, ensuring all product data is accurate and optimized for conversion.

- Collaborate with the Video Content Producer to produce compelling, on-brand TikTok videos that highlight product features, benefits, and unique selling points (USPs) in a way that engages the TikTok audience.

- Plan, execute, and manage live selling events, coordinating with influencers and the Live Selling Coordinator to drive real-time product sales and audience engagement.

- Use data-driven insights to analyze and optimize campaign performance, tracking metrics such as engagement, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize organic reach on TikTok by using trending sounds, challenges, and viral content formats.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep 310 Nutrition’s TikTok Shop strategy at the cutting edge of social commerce.

- Report on campaign performance to senior management, providing detailed analysis of sales, follower growth, engagement metrics, and areas for improvement.

- Manage the TikTok Shop budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and optimizing spend for maximum return.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Sales conversion rate from TikTok Shop and shoppable video content

- Engagement rate on TikTok posts, including likes, comments, shares, and views

- Growth in TikTok followers and overall brand visibility on the platform

- Return on ad spend (ROAS) for TikTok campaigns

- Successful execution and sales performance from live selling events

- On-time delivery and launch of influencer campaigns, video content, and product promotions

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media strategy, with a focus on TikTok or similar platforms

- Proven track record of driving sales and engagement through TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms

- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including influencers, content producers, and analysts

- Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and best practices for creating viral content

- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance

- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms and experience managing product feeds on TikTok Shop or similar platforms

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments to achieve results

- Strong creative vision for developing innovative and engaging TikTok content that drives sales

- Experience managing influencer relationships and negotiating performance-based contracts

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results and continuous improvement

Location:

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates in Poland, the United States, and the Philippines.

Compensation:

The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
